Becoming You: Team Experience is a facilitated retreat designed to support team well-being, genuine connection, and personal growth.
This experience is for leaders who notice their team may be feeling tired, stretched thin, disconnected, or in need of time away from the day-to-day to focus on what matters. It creates space for people to pause, reflect, reconnect with themselves, and strengthen how they show up together at work.
I support all the details, including location and food options, so the experience is easy for you to plan.
This experience is based on the Becoming Her Pathway, a research-informed transformation process rooted in what we know about meaningful change.
The five areas include:
Recognize what is changing
Reconnect with yourself
Reveal the patterns that no longer serve you
Realign your choices
Root the change into daily life and work
This experience is for your team if:
they have been giving a lot and need space to reset
people are feeling depleted, drained, or stretched thin
team members may be holding back or feeling disconnected
you want to support well-being in a meaningful way
you want people to feel good about their contributions
you want to strengthen connection and trust
Team well-being is strengthened when people have space to reflect on how they use their energy, connect to themselves and one another, improve their sense of belonging, and know their contribution matters.
Through guided reflection, teaching, and shared conversation, your team will explore what supports them as individuals and what helps them work well together.
Your team will be supported to:
Recognize what may be affecting their energy and well-being
reconnect with what helps them feel grounded and engaged
reflect on what they need moving forward
build new understanding with themselves and one another
celebrate the effort, care, and contribution of the team
What’s included:
a discovery conversation to understand your team’s needs and what you envision for them
full-day retreat facilitation
guided reflection and meaningful conversation
community-building practices
all materials, including a workbook
an online check-in with the team and leader 8 weeks after the session
Optional enhancements may include:
restorative yoga experience starting at $100 per hour
creative art experience $40 per person

How it works:
purchase your package based on the size of your team (under 5, 10, or 16)
we begin with a 1-hour discovery conversation, I’ve got questions and you have answers
we decide on a location and food options that suit your budget and intention. If you wish, I can look after the booking details
we decide which add-ons you want such as yoga or art added to deepen the experience
I keep you in the loop on how the planning is progressing, and depending on the intention for the day I may send some prework for the team
your team participates in a facilitated full-day retreat
eight weeks later, I meet online with the team and leader to check in on how everyone is doing
