Who Am I?
I am a facilitator and guide for women seeking to become unapologetically authentic. I am led by curiosity, shaped by lessons, and committed to never giving up on myself. Sharing this path with other women is a gift.
Hi, I’m Emily.
I work with women who are tired of holding everything together, giving too much, and feeling disconnected from themselves. My work helps you reconnect with your power, restore your well-being, and make choices rooted in self-trust, clarity, and courage. Together, we create space to connect, celebrate who you are, and integrate meaningful change into your life.
For many years, I worked in healthcare analytics, where I supported data, strategy, performance, and systems improvement. Alongside that work, I owned a yoga business where I taught, facilitated, and created spaces where people felt safe to listen to themselves, participate fully, and grow.
But even with a deep understanding of self-care, the pressure of life and work caught up with me. I burned out.
That became my turning point.
What I learned is that self-care is not enough if I am still operating in ways that keep me unwell and living inside roles that no longer nourish me. I knew how to be helpful, capable, kind, and responsible.
But I also had to recognize that mistaking productivity for purpose and disappearing into others’ needs was depleting me. I began to see that my intuition, discernment, creativity, and willingness to disrupt what no longer served me were never meant to be ignored. They were the qualities that would help me reclaim the life I most desired and take more aligned, purposeful action.
I went on to complete my Master’s in Transformative Leadership and Spirituality, where I deepened my understanding of the power of facilitation, personal growth, systems change, and the ways societal norms, beliefs, and expectations shape how we live and lead. Through that work, I began to see what so many women carry quietly: success on the outside, disconnection on the inside.
Today, I bring together lived experience, education, systems thinking, embodied practice, facilitation, mentorship, and years of holding space for women across different seasons of change.
Through the Becoming Her Pathway, I guide women back to themselves and toward the lives they are ready to create.
