3-Month Private Experience

Once you have completed the Starter Experience, you are invited to join me in the Private Guided Journey for women, teams, and leaders who are ready to stop over-giving, performing, and holding everything together in a way that no longer works for them.

This experience is for anyone who knows something needs to change and is ready to commit to deeper support on their 5R Pathway journey. Together, we clarify what is changing, strengthen your connection to your needs, voice, values, and energy, and support you in making choices that feel more honest, grounded, and aligned in daily life and work.

What’s Included:

3 months of guided, individualized support from Emily, including:

• Six private one-on-one sessions

• Six on-demand voice-memo conversations

• Embodied, reflective and human-centred practices and personalized prompts

• Monthly online Integration Circle

• A final Integration Summary

This journey is reflective, supportive, and participatory. It is not therapy, medical advice, counselling, or a diagnostic assessment.
